We loved the amazing location right near the old town and the lake. It made it super easy to explore with my adult kids. The tram stop next to the hotel was a big plus, and the staff was frequently friendly and accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, a kettle in the room would be great.

The hotel is brilliant and clean with amazingly nice staff. The location is marvellous and fantastic, it's in Eaux-Vives district not far from transports as well as the local bakery and grocery store. Every time in Geneva we stay in this venue.

The kitchenette in the studio offers real convenience for cooking with a mini fridge for storing snacks. Good shower pressure enhances the overall experience.
The heating in the room struggles to keep a comfortable temperature, feeling uncomfortably cool despite closed windows. Lack of cleaning supplies in the kitchenette and stained cooking utensils were disappointing.

It was 4 star cost for 2 star accomadation. The breakfast was unacceptable, considering the price . It was very noisy, but we had to keep the window shut due to the traffic noise.

The main hotel attendant started off being a little helpful and friendly but over the three days got progressively less friendly and less inclined to help. I had 2 small kids who often said hello and goodbye to him without getting a response. The hotel is in a quite area. You have to go searching for good places to eat. However, there wasn't any decent restaurants in the area, all over priced and limited menu options. The opposite end of the city (around cornavin train station) has much more to offer with restaurants, bars, places to eat, and cafes constantly opened. However, that area is a little more seedy. Be careful of gypsies working in groups to try and fleece you of your wallets, etc.
The best part of the hotel was the convenient location and ease of access with public transport. It is on the outskirts of the city centre. The hotel is easy to get to using the tram system - about 5-7 mins into the centre by tram or about 20 mins by walk. It is about a 10-15 mins tram ride to the main train 'cornavin' station. You are given a free public transport pass on arrival. Breakfast is ok - there is limited choice of cereal, bread and croissants with a variety of jams, fresh coffee and juices. It is definitely a cold breakfast. Our room was fairly clean.

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room while visiting the beautiful Geneva Water Fountain. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The convenient location meant I could easily access the nearby tram stop and take a leisurely walk to the English Garden Park. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were with my requests, ensuring everything went smoothly during my short stay.

It has incredible very central location by the lake. The quadruple room is newly decorated and high quality.

The staffs of the hotel are excellent. The location is great as well, and the hotel offers the transport card for free.
The only inconvenience is that there is no air-condition in the hotel, especially it was the hotest day in Genève when we were there, 35 degree...The room was on fire...

Considering the amazing location, you'd expect something special, but alas, I found the shower exploding was nice. The staff failed to apologize for it, expected. After all this, a complimentary coffee or tea woudl ve been nice in the room, but clearly, such luxury isn't for everyone.

Staff was friendly, location was good just a minute away from the tram stop and 5 minutes walk to the lake. And if u want to sleep at night u better not have neighbors who like to sing..

Hotel Pax has excellent spacious rooms, and the quadruple room I stayed in was around 33m2, perfect for my family. The location is quite convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the old town and a tram stop literally next to the hotel. Plus, the kitchenette was a great touch, providing us the option to cook.
Parking can be a bit tricky.

The mall was near by and the tram and bus connectivity was good
The room was OK but the shower was too small for movement

It was easy to find once we had found the no 16 tram and within walking distance of the lake. Breakfast good & plentiful.
Needs updating. View from bedroom into grotty yard.
